We accept refund requests within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Any item that has been used, damaged, or altered after delivery is not eligible for a refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Provide clear photos of the issue, and our team will review your request promptly. Once approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (such as a damaged or incorrect item). Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used herbal oils cannot be returned or refunded.
